On June 8, the Arizona Court of Appeals affirmed its prior ruling in a related case that the expungement statute codified into law by the passage of Proposition 207 in 2020 <a href=\"https:\/\/azexpunge.org\/nv\/2023\/06\/08\/arizona-court-of-appeals-decision-marijuana-sales-convictions-can-be-expunged-per-prop-207-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">makes \u201csale-related marijuana offenses\u201d eligible for expungement<\/a>. He has represented individuals in eviction, employment, family law, consumer fraud, public benefits and other civil cases.
