Our Coalition is composed of community legal services and advocacy organizations from across the state.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When voters in Arizona passed Prop 207, the <strong>Smart and Safe Act<\/strong>, they not only legalized marijuana for adult recreational use, they also <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">created the first expungement law in Arizona history!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prop 207 designated a $4 million dollar fund to provide the public free and accessible legal services to aid in the expungement process.
