On Nov. 3, 2020, voters in Arizona passed Proposition 207, also known as the Smart and Safe Act. This new law legalizes the adult recreational use of marijuana and opens a legal path for you to file a petition to expunge your criminal records related to marijuana offenses.

- Become eligible for some professional licenses.
- Apply for a change in immigration status more confidently.
- Tell friends and family that you’re not convicted of a crime.
- Feel free of fear and embarrassment when you’re subjected to a background check.
