Cuando un tribunal te concede la eliminaci\u00f3n de los antecedentes penales, el tribunal ordena a las fuerzas del orden y a todo el personal judicial pertinente que eliminen de tus antecedentes la informaci\u00f3n sobre la condena o la detenci\u00f3n eliminada.<\/p>\n<p>Eso significa que los empleadores, las organizaciones o las personas que realicen comprobaciones de antecedentes para el alquiler de apartamentos, el empleo, los pr\u00e9stamos financieros e incluso la admisi\u00f3n a la universidad, no tendr\u00e1n acceso a los registros estatales para ver tu detenci\u00f3n o condena, ya sea un delito menor o un delito grave.<\/p>\n<p>La eliminaci\u00f3n de los antecedentes penales no es autom\u00e1tica.
